"While the front desk person was very nice and the whole building is clean the over all experience with Dr Kopac and the office manager were quite the opposite. I spoke with Dr. Kopac in hoping to get some meds to support my work that I am going through in therapy. He asked me some very simple questions, nothing more than checking questions off his diagnostic paper, and then he explained that the issues I had weren’t that bad, maybe I just needed a new therapist, to try some lavender pills to help me calm down, Anne suggested I take up hypnotherapy to deal with my anxiety . I did not get much of my thoughts out because every sentence I started was quickly interrupted by him, thinking he knew the rest of it, and after 20 minutes he deemed that I did not need any support. I called the office manager in hopes of getting a refund or partial refund due to services not rendered, and while I understand, I did have a visit with him, services were not rendered. The office manager said no refunds can be done, and I explained the situation, and she had nothing more To say, and when I expressed my frustration, and that I would be leaving a review, she said “ I can’t stop you there, have a good day” and hung up. I did try to make the situation correct in every professional and proper manner that I knew how but now I will be reaching out to my insurance. Would not recommend Dr. Kopac and would highly recommend looking elsewhere for care."

"There's a lot of negative reviews for specific doctors and scheduling. My experience has been quite positive so far. I see Amity Tucker, and she is extremely kind and attentive. She doesn't just diagnose you with something to get you on your way. She creates a plan with you and what you're comfortable with. If you choose to see anyone at Puget Mental care, I highly recommend Amity Tucker. A friend referred her to me, and she's the longest psychiatrist I've stayed with. Previously I'd seen maybe 2-3 different ones."

"I’ve been seeing Amity for quite some time. I originally started seeing her for my ADHD but when some traumatic things happened to me, I started seeing her for different medication needs (panic/anxiety). She is such a treasure and truly makes me feel seen, heard and cared for. It brings tears to my eyes, she is truly an angel on this earth and her compassion has really saved me. I am so grateful for puget mental care. The front desk is really responsive and friendly. I hate calling to make appointments (anxiety, hello) - so their responsiveness with email is really nice. I like the receptionists. I have to bring my two toddlers sometimes which is irritating to me lol but front desk ladies are always so nice and friendly to my kids. Also amity will bring out bins of toys for them while we chat. It’s just so nice. Love this place"

"I've been seeing Robert Kopec for a few months now and looking at these reviews I feel like we can't be talking about the same person. Yes, he is extremely blunt and direct but personally I like that. I had been depressed for several months. He gave me options for medications, and I made a choice that I thought would be best for me. He gave me a 2-week prescription and told me we could extend it, if necessary, but he thought I would be cured by then. Literally one week later I felt like I had my life back. Before our next session I lost my best friend of 27 years. He scheduled a special session for the next week and put me through a chakra balancing meditation. I have done these before but with him I had the most amazing experience I have ever had. I'm not sure why but he will only act as my prescriber and recommends that I find a different place for individual therapy. My only gripe is that sometimes he pushes spiritual connection a little harder than I'd like. But the guy really changed my life."
