"Dr. Goldworm is AMAZING. He’s so kind and informative. The one star is NOT for him. But the receptionist staff. I left 2 voicemails and called numerous times. They are closed on Fridays. I am not able to get my migraine medication because no one has taken the time to call me back to address my dilema. Does it not show when a patient calls, leaves a voicemail or sends a message? Now I have to work under a migraine because someone failed to return a call back. Again, nothing to do with the Doctor. How can patients be helped if you guy are not reaching out to them when they call and leave 2 voicemails over a span of several hours"
"The office was very friendly but Doctor Goldworm was not helpful. He was not knowledgeable on the best practices for my condition and recommended treatment that was avoided by my previous physicians. He was most helpful in telling me how most of my problems were not applicable to their practice.. it's unfortunate that it took me three weeks to get an appointment that was not helpful."
"They gave my mom spinal surgery for chronic pain and yet when she called 3 different times due to concerns involving the device they never got back to her! The receptionist said her doctor wasn't in so she would take down her information to get back to her when he got in. Surprise! They never got back to her! They put her on hold for an hour and said they would call her back. They also did not give her any information about how to appropriately charge the device or how to care for it. We had to contact the ER and device coaches. Which got back to us as soon as we reached out. Still waiting to hear back. She was also told only 24 HOURS of monitoring but it's been almost a FULL WEEK due to the fact that her body is not the same as the usual demographic of patients who get this type of surgery. We were also NOT TOLD how invasive the surgery was. They need to do better and if you ACTUALLY want to be listened to— especially if you're a woman or younger — do not come here. Or know your patient rights. This is all heavily documented with time stamps and dates, this was woefully unprepared in regards to the severity and invasiveness of the surgery. The trial surgery, there was more care and monitoring then this one. If anything, it seems like they'll be getting a cut when the surgery happens. Which is poor bedside manner and an injustice to patient care standards."
"This place is absolutely terrible!!!! I took my 70 year old mother here for her appt and I am still in shock over the complete lack of patient care. Do not waste your money on this clinic...this dr does not value YOU or the care of his patients...his job is to be there to help you...not hurt you...out of respect of my mom's privacy I'm not going to tell her story...but if you are looking for a pain clinic to actually listen to you and not be condescending please look elsewhere...my 70yr old mom left there in tears...."
