"Literally had scheduled an appointment for my son a month in advance…no one called and left a reminder the day or two before like normal. Smh"
"Been coming here for years, only recently do they have the WORST STAFF, everyone was well rushed and not in a good mood. Literally left crying after Dr. Bah felt the need to talk about me to her staff while i was just in the other room. Undermining me and my expectations, miss communication on scheduling appt and making me feel like its my fault when i dont even work there. Not doing anything to better accommodate the time i took out of my and my babys dad to leave work to come for a simple ultrasound. Very unprofessional, u have a medical license that includes learning to talk to your patients in a well mannered way. Left and never coming back, im now being seen at a different hospital and got my ultrasound the same day without having to reschedule. Definitely not a place for new moms, dont waste your time. Oh and they dont pick up the phone because they are too busy gossiping about patients in the back. Or will schedule your for an appointment you wont get . Do better"
"My Wife came in for prenatal and she told me she felt like she was being rushed and that the lady didn't care about why she was In there. My wife feels like she's been "Processed" like meat. Very uncaring. When I came in the receptionist kept giving me glares. My wife tells me the nurse during the ultra sound said "Good thing it's not twins" I don't know how else to take this other then to assume the nurse was racist and the doctors in charge who hire them encourage this malicious behavior. Avoid at all costs. Prenatal care by Tacoma General is way better."
"I went to this clinic for a couple years before transferring back to my previous one, I transferred back because I felt I had better quality at my other clinic. There’s a couple instances where I thought to myself “that isn’t right” and I’ll name them. Firstly when I went to the lab to get blood work done (this was a couple years ago, I haven’t seen them since it happened) the person taking my blood began telling me about how some people are soo “big” that they can’t even fit into the chair, and some people are so “skinny” that they leave a huge gap, in which they said “some people are so skinny, it’s like, you’re just anorexic”. This was just a very unprofessional conversation to have with someone. Secondly, when the nurse was taking me in to the room, I could see she was clicking on things on her computer but I couldn’t read them just yet, then I was able to and I saw she was clicking that I had no health conditions so I stated the ones I had, and she went back to change her answers. She was gonna leave it at me having no health conditions if I hadn’t said anything. Lastly, my primary doctor at that clinic. She was not mean or anything, but she made me feel unwelcomed. I came in because I had severe pain in my abdomen and it was leading to my heart, and she was pressing around and I told her “it hurts more at the bottom” and she continued to press at the top and i said that it hurt more at the bottom. I didn’t realize that she was trying to see if I had pain at the top, but I remember her raising her voice and saying “will you let me do what I need to do?!”. I understand fully that I may have came off as annoying, but she didn’t explain to me what she was doing. She later said the reason my abdomen could’ve hurt is because of my appendix, and I had my appendix removed years prior which shows she likely didn’t thoroughly read my chart or she likely could’ve forgotten which is fine, but not something that you should really do considering you’re a doctor."
"COVID-19 VACCINE EXPERIENCE: Such a wonderful experience here! I wrote a negative review of the Federal Way location because I had such a terrible time. See my review - I do NOT recommend Federal Way for the vaccine. When you get there, you’ll see someone checking people in. All you need is your drivers license, and any additional proof that you’re either an educator or healthcare worker. They’ll hand you a card that groups you into time slots. I got to the clinic at 10:10 and my time slot was 10:45am. Once it’s your time, all you do is wait in line to enter the building, where they check you in again. Got my shot within 15 minutes after entering the building. Very happy with my experience. It’s such a stressful time for all the workers, so I am happy that they found a way to properly streamline things to administer the vaccine in an efficient manner."
