"I work for a healthcare organization and this facilities practices are unacceptable. My child had an appointment scheduled for 1:45 with a check-in time of 1:30. We arrived 10 minutes early did the pre-check-in before hand. An hour later of just sitting and watching everyone else be called. I asked the receptionist what was going on. I was informed that they were 30 minutes behind. It would have been nice to know this information upfront. The two receptionists that I dealt with were kind and professional but others were not professional."

"Don’t understand how they expect patients to call in for appointment cancellations or questions if they have their phones like this. Clearly there’s always a busy signal and call don’t go thru but how is one suppose to get in contact??? I guess there to busy to answer calls."

"Ok today is a bad day at this place. 9/12/22 we come in to do a dental appointment for all 3 of my kids and are told we are an hour early when we should only be 20 min early. So that was a bad start. I have a WIC appointment tomorrow and glad I said something because I wasn't even set up for an appointment for tomorrow but now we are. We were able to get my oldest in early for her appointment but while we are waiting I get asked about my daughter #2 and son and they had names wrong. Heres another issue you have. Your elevator is closed which is fine for us but what bothers me is upstairs the elevator is stuck open and the first thing my son who's 3 wants to do is go jump in the elevator. One, there is no form of stop or barricade so no one enters the elevator two, that's a hazard on many levels. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Especially with little ones with curious minds."
