"Terrible experience dealing with this practice. This is my wife’s first pregnancy and we will not be coming back. First off their decision to not have a dedicated provider for each patient and instead pass patients around to different providers each appointment is just ridiculous. They dropped the ball on prior authorization and referrals for ultrasounds several times, as well as a genetic screening that left us on pins and needles for over a month. Turns out their office forgot to put down a simple due date for our baby and that was the reason for the delay. To add insult to injury we got a bill for $10,000 for the screening because they never wrote prior authorization for the test. Some providers made huge decisions for my wife’s care that we felt were hasty and unnecessary, given that we had never seen them before. By the end of the pregnancy there was just no trust between us and the providers. Not saying they’re all bad, there were a few that made my wife feel comfortable and cared for. But the bottom line is their model for patient care is just a disorganized mess and it’s the patients who suffer."

"They are horrible at communicating. They change your procedure last minute. They don't answer questions. And they act like patients don't have lives and we should just cater to them."
