"I am being told to go find a new DR after 2 visit because I'm too complicated and also disabled because the only doctor accepting new patients is overwhelmed. I shouldn't have to travel further to get a different doctor."

"While the doctors I think are great the front office staff and the lab techs are not. The front staff is not friendly. They don't greet with any warmth not do they offer an apology for a delayed appt. I made an appt to pick up a cup. I was told I had to make an appt so they would have it ready. When I got there the front lady wasn't friendly. I had to wait 30 minutes to be given the sample cup, which was already supposed to be ready.. The lab tech wasnt friendly either and no one apologized for the delay. They expect you to be professional and on time but no professionalism is granted in return..."

"So I recently had issues with my billing and had an another negative review on here, but I decided to deleted that review and and put this one here, because quite frankly management at the everett clinic were kind enough to look into my billing issue and fix it. So I am Very appreciative of them and think that as an overall I would Recommend them to others and will be going back myself. Thank you for fixing my billing issue and listening to me."

"My whole family goes here. We see them for Primary Care as well as for pediatric. I have never had a bad experience in my many times here. Their wait time were always very minimal if at all and I love that the provider's current wait time is display for all to see. The administrative team has always been friendly and efficient. Same can be said for the clinical team. My kids love their doctor, Dr. Jennifer Lugenbill. She is so sweet and attentive while being informative. And when she's out on maternity leaves, we've seen her colleagues. And they were great too. I think we've pretty much seen everyone in the Pediatric department. And I can say I only not mesh well with one of them (she was overly pushy). And I love that they have a walk in clinic. Again, only ever positive experiences also. Though I've been going here for years, I've only now wrote a review because it seems unfair to them that only mainly disgruntled patients are writing reviews for them. But they are great!"

"The staff here are friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the organization appears to have problem retaining providers. In the less than a year that I was a patient there, my initial provider left and the one I was switching to left before the appointment could be executed. Since continuity is important to me in terms of a primary care provider, I switched to a new system for my primary care. No issues with the attention and quality of care, though."
