"I walked in yesterday to have my ear wax removed because it had gotten so bad that I couldn't hear properly. I had pushed the wax inside while using a Q-tip instead of removing it. I was seen by Dr. Edwin Melendez, who confirmed that there was a lot of wax causing my hearing issues. However, he didn't clean it; instead, he prescribed using carbamide peroxide (over the counter) for four days, stating that the wax would come off by itself. I asked if he could do the cleaning because I needed to go on a trip the next day, but he said it was too dry and couldn't be cleaned. Today, I made an appointment at Swedish Mill Creek. They vacuumed and removed all the wax from both of my ears, and now I can hear even the slightest sounds, ready to go on my trip tomorrow"
