"Gets very annoying trying to make appointments here...you barely get follow ups firstly. Second when you try to even call in you have a time frame of 12-4pm, that in itself is small and thirdly half the time no one answers, you have to spam call, or you get sent to a full voice-mail box? Aren't open on the weekends lol when are we supposed to call you to make appointments?"

"Wow. First time here yesterday being on Apple Health Care... very impressed!! Both Doctors (can’t remember their names sadly) I saw were so easy to talk to, professional and really showed how much they cared for my medical needs that I’ve put off quite some time. In one visit I was able to get many referrals to everything I needed, they did Urine/blood testing and labs came back next day were all good. If you have Apple Health Care (Molina) HIGHLY recommend this place!! Even the lady/ gentlemen at the front desk were very nice. So pleased. "Not one to give negative reviews, but this could've had really determental consequences. I started receiving sublocade from this clinic which I'd been on already, just switching clinics. Its a very long process each time and they don't really know how the pharmacy that delivers it works, so I had to jump through unnecessary hoops. They also are very disorganized, have very big issues with scheduling, and put all responsibility on the patient for monthly appointments (why not schedule it a month in advance). Obviously, I am in recovery and the last time I had gone, I tried making an appointment twice and for some reason they weren't getting back to me and having issues. They seem to not like dealing with sublocade, even though it's far more effective and safe for opioid addiction than other methods. They even suggested I only stay on it a few months, which directly contradicts the scientific studies which suggest that 18 months increases success exponentially. Well, I ended up never going back and never getting another shot. Luckily, thank God and not them, I am still clean. But I keep getting a 15 dollar copay bill in the mail that I have to pay either in office or over the phone. Wish they had gotten back to me months ago so I could've paid it on my next visit, rather than having to go out of my way for them when they couldn't even be bothered helping me in any capacity. Sad, really. Hopefully other folks in recovery had more success because this is about life and death, really."

"They are nice. I have been going here for a long time. They never return calls. I have experienced this the entire time going to this clinic. Most recently there were multiple days I couldn't get through just a busy signal. The few days I left messages no response. It took me calling back. Then it was some excuse of being understaffed for the day. Not to be rude but my medications are important for the way I can live my life being told an excuse when normally I call and leave a message I wont here back until I have called over and over. Their service is good when you are there. They treat you with respect and I like these people. The phone system is garbage. When it takes over a week to contact your dr office and it's you calling and not them it gets frustrating."
