"Told the receptionist to cancel appointments due to my work schedule and having to attend to other medical issues. The receptionist acted like she deleted appointments but she didn't. Then she called me to tell me I missed an appointment, twice. I told her that I asked her to cancel appointments during my last visit and on the phone and she verbally acknowledged our discussion as I stood there. The receptionist is completely incompetent at this location and won't take responsibility for her incompetence. She must zone out as paitents speak to her. Make sure you have her provide written documentation of your scheduled and canceled appointments or she'll just blame her incompetence on you."

"Shortly after completing PT at Olympic Sports and Spine (OSS) I was sued by "Olympic Collections" (which I believe is owned by or associated in some other way with OSS) for an alleged outstanding debt that I didn't know about. The collections company did not notify us before suing us. We contacted OSS and requested that they send us proof that the debt was real, and they never did so. Ultimately, their collections company was able to get a default judgement against us by lying to us about how to respond to the lawsuit; we were never able to dispute the claim and had to pay over three times the amount of the original (alleged) debt. Even if the debt were real, I think this incident demonstrates a shockingly exploitative and predatory attitude towards patients."

"Nice people here.. Clearly they need more help, though. Took weeks to get into a massage therapy appointment, as referred by my doctor. They did call me several times for short notice, morning cancellations, but I told them I caregive for my mom in the mornings. For my issue I need to go in 2 x a week, but the lone therapist said her schedule won't allow for that. Therapist was on computer with one hand, while working on me with the other hand, fully 30 minutes of the hour appointment. I will assume the best, that therapist was working on scheduling or work related business, but either way, this isn't acceptable. Until they get some help, don't schedule at this location."
