"My vehicle was just backed into by one of Dan’s friends while he was at Dan’s house. The guy left the scene stating to Dan that he had other things to do. After a confrontation with Dan the man drove back to apologize. When I asked for his license and insurance he told me that he did not have insurance as he was laid off. He told me that his license was in the car. I asked him to go get the drivers license so that I could make a a copy of it. On his way to the car the man replied “Wow” he never returned. During this time Dan also left his house. I am now stuck without a drivers license obviously no insurance and two impaired people on the road."
