"It took me weeks to feel confident enough to call this facility to schedule a mammogram, as my Dr suspects I may have a serious illness. When I called, the male scheduler was unhelpful, requested to know my personal medical history over the phone (symptoms), and judged me for being "too young to even need" this specific exam. Contrary to popular belief, cancer can happen to anyone at ANY age. You don't know the difficulties and stories people are going through and it's unfair to be judgemental of someone in a vulnerable position just because of their age. ESPECIALLY if you aren't a medical provider or professional. He didn't even end up scheduling me and it completely threw me off from wanting to come in at all. No patient should be treated this way, and I'm disappointed that any confidence I once had to come get this scan done has now been completely removed. Very disappointing."

"They are really good. My doc requested a complex CT scan, and worded the referral vaguely. Bellevue imaging started muzzing me about it, like - "oh, it's not completely clear; oh we are concerned about exposing you to too much radiation, etc". Eventually, they ceased all communications with me completely. So I called TRA. TRA was great. They scheduled the scan within 10 days of my first call, they got insurance approval for it, and did it without any issues. Highly recommend."

"Having been through several MRIs in my past this was by far the best expereince ever. Travis at the front desk and my MRI tech Jim were both fantastic. They were courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. Jim made sure I was comfortable and explained things as he proceeded with my test. The facility was clean, modern and was the fastest MRI I ever had. Highly recommend!"
