"Scheduled appointment was at 130 was seen at 230 and ended up having to leave in the middle of the appointment because I had another one at 330. Didn't expect a check up to run way over the scheduled time."
"I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years. Always the staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I love my doctor there. It has always been a good experience. When calling the clinic you can spend a surprising amount of time on hold. It can be very frustrating. However my doctor and I have found away around that and now when I need to reach my doctor or adjust an appointment it is much easier."
"I keep trying to call the 2nd floor, I will be on hold for 20 minutes, then the hold music stops, like someone picked up the line and immediately puts you on hold then it'll be silent for 10-20 more minutes before hanging up. This has been happening consistently for weeks. I'm literally just trying to get my information to set up my "MyChart" and I can literally never get thru to even set up an appointment. I literally had an appointment today, didn't get my doctors note, trying to call, and after 15 min on hold I started driving back to the office, and was still on hold even after I finally talked to someone at the front desk. I even held up my phone and was like "I've been on hold for half an hour" and they just changed the subject. Are you guys just straight up ignoring your phone lines? I know for a fact you guys have a call center that separate from the front desk and that I was contacting the reception desk for the second floor specifically, I could hear their phones ringing so why was my call never answered? Over and over and over. That's extremely unprofessional and I'm getting incredibly frustrated when this is about my health. It doesn't feel like Community Health Care doesn't actually care about their patients if they consistently can't even answer their phones."
"I absolutely love both my physician and psychiatrist. The care provided is amazing. They both actually listen. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor as I do with them. Literally the only bad thing is the phone. The hold times for little things is ridiculous. The option selected doesn't matter. It sends you wherever it wants and you will need to be transferred to where you need and wait again."
"The staff on the second floor are almost all terrible. Everytime my mom calls shes on hold for an hour, everytime she is able to speak with someone they're rude and or short with her, they say theyll leave notes for her doctor, a week goes by, she calls back, is told no note is left, and they say again they will leave a note for the doctor to call her. Now, lately, the hold times are still 1hr+, and theyre now lying and saying that theyve called her, but my moms phone records dont corroborate what they are saying. My mom has no missed calls, no voicemail, no texts, nothing. And then this morning she asked to speak with who ever is in charge, and all the receptionist had to say was, im hanging up now". This treatment is absolutely despicable when all my mother is expecting them to do, is their job. They should not be working any job dealing with the public, ESPECIALLY not in the healthcare field. Countless times my mothers health care coordinator has had to get involed becaue THEY completely drop the ball."
