When asked about more refills on the medication he prescribed me, she told me that I have to go to urgent care to get more medications. So because HE needed to reschedule an appointment, I now have to pay a $100 bill for urgent care to get the medication I need to not have withdrawal symptoms. Penner doesn't have any regard for human life. Won't ever come back."
