"The front desk people were nice. The rooms were clean. However, they needed to be updated badly. The door to our room didn't close very well. The dead bolt was questionable, and there were no screens on the windows. To top it all off, a maintenance man came to change a light bulb at 9:00 pm. It might not have been so off-putting if my husband hadn't just left the room when Said maintains guy decided to pop in."

"I chose this hotel based on a really nice rating on another website. I wish I had read Google Reviews before booking. Everything bad you see in other bad reviews is true. We had drug dealers in the room next door. There was car with three flat tires in the parking lot. There was no heat in our first room (record cold temps that night). The clerk changed rooms for us and we did have heat in the replacement room. There is no carpet. All floors are vinyl. The bed base is metal and makes a horrible clank if your shoes happen to touch it. When I went into our bathroom the first thing I found was pubic hair on the toilet seat. The counters had not been wiped. I quickly tidied before my traveling partner could see it. I'm still laughing at how she tipped the cleaning crew for the nice work they did. The one thing they do well is breakfast. Kudos on the food. I will be avoiding this hotel in the future and advise others to be very cautious."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. I was pleased that the manager and his staff were courteous and responsive The manager and all his staff were very professional, courteous, and responsive. The manager addressed concerns and issues with the overall comfort of all guests, whilst keeping in mind the best interests of the hotel. The continental breakfast provided a variety of items to meet the diverse tastes of the guests. The ladies were very prompt to refill depleted items. I was impressed with the skills and abilities of the entire staff, from the manager to the housekeepers; each went above the basic duties to ensure the comforts of its guests. The manager was very informative regarding the local area activities and places of interest. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others."

"Staff was great, but that actual hotel was not so great. The room we got was not in working order. Both the sink and the shower drain was not draining and the tub had a half a** patch job that had a soft spot that made you feel like you were going to fall through. Not to mention, the continental breakfast was a joke. The bacon, eggs and sausage were all microwaved *gross* and the worst part of it all the disgusting, dirty, high as a kite homeless people would show up grab as much food as they wanted and would walk out!"

"I use this hotel quite often for my job. I chose this place for several reasons. I drive a $180k boom truck and I know it's safe because of security. The new manager knows customer service and does a great job running the place. The breakfast is always good in the morning. The rooms are very clean and remodeled. As far as value is concerned they are under charging for what they have to offer."
