"Arrived here at noon on Friday. Both ladies were very friendly and professional. When I realized I could pay for the $110 passport fee (it says on their website) by check or money order only (and I didn’t bring any personal check with me), the lady at the info desk kindly reminded me that there are two banks (I didn’t notice) right next door that I could just get a cashier’s check from and I did. The passport lady let me retake my picture when I was not pleased with the 1st two. That was very nice of her. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Overall a fine experience!"
