Franciscan Orthopedic Associates at St. Anthony

"I haven't even had an appointment there yet and I'm already frustrated with these people. I've been trying to make an appointment every time I call I sit on hold for a little while. Then I'm transferred to the call center which can't make it the appointment that I need and I'm either told that they're having an issue with the phone system or somebody will call me back. Has it happened yet it's getting very frustrating. I don't know how much confidence I have in these people after reading other reviews about the wait times in the lack of communication. Side note I don't know about other people but CHI franciscans Corona virus little message thing on the screen. Is very distracting to have that keep flashing and waving back and forth and there's no way to stop it. I don't know if that pisses anybody else off but I'm about done to see if CHI Franciscan"

"This first appointment I had last month, I had to wait one hour after my scheduled appointment to see the doctor. Today I had a 3:45 appointment. Someone called from St. Anthony's Orthopedics the day before, and asked if I could come in at 3, instead of 3:45. I agreed to it, but was not happy because I'd have to leave work early. Well I arrived at 3:00 to check in today, and waited until 3:30 to find out what was going on. The check in girl then told me it would be at least a 45 minute wait to be seen by the doctor. Needless to say, I find this completely unacceptable. Not a happy patient at all. Terrible service."

"Both my husband and I have been patienrs of Dr Matthew Beck, my husband more often than I due to his complex foor and ankle surgery. First of all, Dr Beck and his office team are wonderful—from Jennifer and others at the front reception area, to Kenny and others of Dr Beck’s assistants, to the ladies in x-ray and so many more. Dr Beck himself was incredible from day one and we have highly recommended him to everyone since that time in May of 2018 when Lowell’s accident happened! Dr Beck is the ultimate professional and is fully knowledgable in his physician duties. He presents information to his patients in kind and detailed ways you understand. And, doggone it, he is just nice! He really wants you to be and feel better. Thank you . . . each and every one."
