"Service is great, environment is colorful, food is normal. I had the egg breakfast, normal egg, normal sausage, and basic biscuit. It was a 50 minutes wait for a Sunday brunch. I don’t think I want to wait that long for normal brunch food if it was not with friends."

"I loved this diner! I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy as well as French toast. I love that you’re able to get singles of meals so you can try a variety. I was able to get one biscuit with gravy and one slice of French toast. Which ended up being large servings! I appreciated them having salsa, jam, and syrup ready to use on table."

"Excellent place to get brunch with a lot of options, including creative and seasonal eats. In addition, it's also pretty affordable, and you can easily sample several things on the menu by ordering smaller plates (which, at least to me, were still sizable). Their biscuits and gravy was absolutely delectable and flavorful, and I'd also highly recommend the eggnog French toast when it is available. The place is trendy and I've had people recommending it to me for a while, so wait times can be a little long, though I didn't have an issue getting seated for a party of two on a Friday afternoon. Tables are close together which isn't my favorite but still understandable. Service is nice and fast. I definitely want to come back."

"If you’d like to enjoy a hearty breakfast/brunch at friendly and easy going place, here it is. My all time favorite here is Ed’s Scramble. The soft and tender spinach with meaty and crunchy mushroom are gently wrapped by the moist and fluffy scrambled egg, and the roasted garlic will magically melt in your mouth and brings up your appetite. Maddie cake and eggnog French toast are for those have a sweet tooth. Maddie cake comes with sweet blueberry jam, order single one if you want to save room for other delicious items from the menu. I love the non alcohol mimosa also, I had the peach one and it’s refreshing and goes well with my breakfast. This is a place I’d repeatedly visit when come to Portland. P.S. staff here are super friendly too!"
