"Front desk receptionists and MA I interacted with were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately my first and only interaction with Dr. Obi was less than okay. I had to wait over 3 months to be seen and when I arrived for this appointment, it took over an hour to actually go back to a room and see the doctor. Who I then only saw for maybe 25 minutes at best. Frustrating for anyone, I’m sure. The bigger issue is that when a new patient comes into your office and you know they have an attention deficit disorder that makes processing things somewhat difficult, on top of anxiety, and that patient starts trying to repeat things back to try and gain some clarification they weren’t confident in so they can figure out how to best move forward… the phrases “we’re talking in circles, I’ve already answered that” and “I have other patients waiting to be seen” should not be something I or any other patient hear. I was visibly in tears at this point, and through the tears apologized multiple times for asking for repetition/clarification. I have never had a doctor speak that way, and I left in tears feeling humiliated, slow, and like my time was not important."

We have been seeing them for few years now and it has been joy because the care the respect and the attention we get is just fantastic. "Literally the worst experience of my life and I didn't even get to see a doctor. As someone who graduated from the piadric doctor I took me a very long time to find another doctor despite how wonderful my parents insurence was. As expected in this day and age everyone had a 2 month waiting period. I mistakenly chose pioneer to wait for. got there a few minutes late and the front desk younger lady with dark features and hair was completely rude and wouldn't let me be seen. I was in traffic from the 2 hours of rain we had after months of none.... I would hate to have a billing problem and have to deal with such unhelpful lazy staff. They wanted me to wait an additional 2 months to be seen. TAKE MY ADVICE - TAKE TIME TO WAIT FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE WHO TAKES TIME TO HIRE POLITE HELPFUL - GO OUT OF THEIR WAY STAFF OR THE DOCTORS OFFICE WILL DISAPPOINT YOU! Waste of my gas and time. On goes my search for a new doctor to give my thousands of dollars worth of insurance to for the rest of my life. Treat your potential patients nicely, they tend to stay for years and years if you do that."
