"Update: After a year, was finally called. For logistics sake, decided to get knee replacement. Not dissatisfied with the result. The care is first rate…the communication is ok, once you are an official patient. Very disappointing. Poor communication with patients—almost impossible to get messages answered. Waited five months for scheduled surgery. Refused to even speak with me. If there is so little regard for potential patients, how much care would they give me during and after the actual surgery? They can do better— clearly do not respect their patients."
"Rebound uses a company in Tennessee to process the FMLA forms and they are only open 6a-2pm central time. Ridiculous! Today Medicopy advised me it would cost me $30.00 to process the paperwork I originally sent to Rebound for the Doctor to sign off on it. Why give patient the run around? This is not good service!"
"I know everyone has had a wonderful experience with Rebound but my experience was a nightmare. It started out great and I was very happy. Then I had an accident just a few days before my scheduled surgery. Next thing I find out Rebound cancelled my surgery, called me into the clinic and proceeded to accuse me of things that were not true. When I tried to discus it with the doctor, he called me a liar and refused further service. I tried to remind him of my mental health status (PTSD, ADHD, etc.) and gave my side of things. I also told him that I didn’t appreciate his actions and accusations. He said he didn’t care and dismissed me like a bad child being sent to my room. It was very triggering and has affected me for weeks. I still think there is something more to it. Perhaps because I have mental illnesses or because I’m gay or even because I am a heavy guy. I just am not buying their game of accusing me and rejecting me without any empathy or care to understand me. So my review is that I would NOT recommend Rebound and for people to look at the many other options in the area. They are flashy and have big money behind them but that’s no excuse for treating a patient so poorly."
"Today I showed up for my 3:15 visit. The waiting area was packed, with multiple people standing to get service. I took the afternoon off and drove 17 miles to my appointment that I booked 3 weeks ago. I was told I didn’t have an appointment even though I showed the confirmation on my iPhone. I was turned away. I will be seeking care elsewhere."
"Unfortunately my experience was not good overall. The people here are nice, which is great, however the service just wasn't good. I'll explain. On my first visit, I met with the PA who informed me that my CT Scan from my primary care had not been received. This would've been nice to know before my visit. I could've made sure to have it sent over, rescheduled, etc. Anyway, she decides to have me get X-rays there at the clinic. Once those are returned and she's looking them over, she believes an MRI would be helpful. She mentions that the Doctor is not in the office to assist in her assessment. So, we decide to go ahead with the MRI and I schedule a second appointment two weeks out. I get the MRI done and return for my second appointment to hear the results. I see the PA again and first thing she says is that the Doctor is on vacation and she has just returned from vacation herself. I took that to mean she was probably just now looking at the MRI as I sat there (as opposed to ahead of time). In the end it was determined to be some sort of cyst at or in my ankle joint. The prognosis of the PA was "I could go to physical therapy if I wanted". I was so caught of guard with the lack of detail and/or definitive direction that I just responded with "I guess I could just stop babying it then". That was pretty much it. She mentioned she'd have the Doctor look at the MRI once he returned, but I haven't heard anything since. That was weeks ago. I haven't bothered to call as I'm pretty sure he's either never looked at it or didn't see anything worth reaching out to me about. So now I'll just wait for the bills to roll in. To sum up my low score here, the main issues were: Lack of an preparation before visits or Reschedule me if unprepared Doctor never seems to be around The visits and imaging costs a lot of money and the ROI was just not there unfortunately."
