"Excellent service from start to finish! I was referred to Dr. Campbell as a follow up from my regular doctor. Every staff member was friendly and professional. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and quickly checked in. I waited less than five minutes to be escorted to the back for initial testing. Both staff members were personable and answered all of my questions. My next stop for additional screening and dilation was also handled efficiently. It is so nice to be greeted by a smiling face! My last stop was with Dr. Campbell. He did a great job of checking on my understanding of the purpose for my visit, completed his exam, and reassured me that my eyes are healthy. I highly recommend this practice and will return if I have further concerns."

"Not a patient-centered practice. Many steps and calls to update information. I easily spend over an hour waiting only to spend 7 minutes with a doctor. They want to dialate my eyes at every appointment even when not needed. Appointment availability is difficult. Care is mediocre at best."

"The doctor and nurse are very good and polite however the man at the front counter was rude to my wife when checking in. b Because she Had the kids with her which they were only allowed one person besides the patient. We understood that that's why I was on my way and I was only a few minutes away he didn't even allow her to explain that before rolling his eyes and shaking head. It was upsetting that he was rude to my wife when he would just taken the time to let her explain that we're only gonna have one person in the appointment."

"I called to make an appointment and they had a last minute cancellation for the following day. They assessed my eye cyst and referred me to Dr. Steele who does eye cyst removals across the hall certain days of the week (due to covid). He outlined my options clearly and I chose to have it removed. I didn’t feel much if anything and it took about 5 minutes. I had that eye cyst for 4+ years and if I had known it was that easy, I would have done it a long time ago. I’m a photographer and very concerned about my eyes but because of Dr. Sterles thorough outline of facts, I felt safe and low and behold am recovering fine."
