"Guys, judge for yourself, but I’ll tell you how it was, it took me 2 hours to pass the drag test, so I don’t advise you to go here to do a drag test, which, in theory, should take only 10 minutes of time."

"We had an appointment at 340, They made us wait for 1 hour and 15 mint to tell us they were looking for an interprete then came saying that they got an "emergency patiente" and there were no Dr. How that can happened? Made u waste your time like that. Really bad!"

"There’s not a single person here that I’m specifically annoyed with. I just want to state that so far for the job I was hired onto they have had me come in 3 times when it was supposed to be once. First time was supposed to be a physical and drug screening, they ended up not doing the drug screen but didn’t mention that to me (I peed in a cup but it evidently wasn’t for the drug screening). The second time I showed up for the drug screening that was supposed to take place the first appointment, it was insanely busy there, and I could tell the staff was overwhelmed. I appreciate the lady who helped me although I was frustrated. She is very nice and personable. It overall took over an hour to do my drug test. I just got a call from them again 5 min ago. They forgot to give me one of the forms I need to fill out and apparently there is yet again another test that is required that somehow was missed. Not sure who’s dropping the ball. My apologies if it’s the company that’s hiring me that’s dropping the ball, but my impression is that healthForce and providence occupational health are all over the place and need more organization. I don’t wanna keep coming here lol but I have no choice."

"I was very disappointed with there scheduling. I was called the day before and asked to come in at 940am instead of 10am so I did. Then I filled out paperwork and set a timer, 40min passed before I was brought back and then I was told THE DR. Took a zoom meeting and it would be another 40min .it's 1103am now and I have been here a long time. This IS UNACCEPTABLE. IS HE THE ONLY DR.? I guess I will ask other bus operators who they go to cause I won't be back here. shameful"

"If you're here for a physical exam, urine analysis, or TB test plan to block out your day for a couple hours. Clinics like these are notoriously packed and busy, but this one in particular doesn't make any of the process pleasant. The check in process took about 30 mins just to be given paperwork and wait some more. It seems this is typical for this site so I am curious why they haven't figured out a better process or hired more people. Also important to note that TB tests aren't done on Thursdays and they stop taking people around 3:45p so plan around that because they don't have that listed anywhere and don't seem to circulate the information until you show up. Hopefully your workplace is flexible and able to help you reschedule your screen if they're too busy or their system is not working. Don't come ready to use the restroom because you won't be in quick, just bring a water bottle along to sip on while you wait."
