"From the moment I walked into Natalie's office, I felt safe and understood. For many years, I've struggled with a chronic health condition that was never fully understood, properly tested, or taken seriously by doctors and neurologists, and yet it significantly affects my daily life. Natalie not only took me seriously, but immediately gave me new insights into my health and condition. They immediately got to work ordering the right tests in the right order. I am impressed and so utterly grateful to say that not even 4 months into my treatment with Lavender Spectrum Health, and I am closer to getting a diagnosis, understanding my illness, and receiving the help I've needed than I have ever been in the years I've been looking for answers. This is directly because of the hard work Natalie puts in to their patient care. They will call insurance, on their own, for hours at a time just to get a patient what they need. Not to mention they will ALWAYS be thorough, understanding, and observing in every appointment. I have nothing but praise to give to Natalie. It's so utterly clear that they do what they do because they care. Being in a trans and neurodivergent space that isn't just friendly, isn't just welcoming, but is already a space belonging to someone queer, trans, and neurodivergent is so special. We so commonly get stigmatized, overlooked, misunderstood, and dismissed at a normal doctor's office. I have never worried about that at Lavender Spectrum Health. Everything, from the decorations, the lighting, the stim toys available, and always asking consent when touching or performing checks/procedures, are all so well thought out, because Natalie personally understands and wants us to feel welcome, seen, and understood. I'm so grateful I came across Lavender Spectrum Health, and for the first time am feeling hopeful about my chronic illness. I couldn't recommend them more."
"Natalie Paul is an amazing provider. They listen to your concerns and focus on what you need. Natalie immediately came up with a plan to help me in my gender confirming care and was concise in her explainations of the effects and side effects of medication that I will be taking. She's the first PCP I've ever had that listened and offered options and solutions and not empty platitudes about BMI and exercise. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for people who are LGBTQ and neuro-divergent."
"After a hard 2+ year journey that required a LOT of advocating for myself, not being heard by my providers, or going though the same ineffective procedures with my second opinion docs…I’ve found someone I would be honored to work with. Natalie Paul is one of those providers that truly aligns with and acts as a HEALER. Her office is exceptionally inclusive, and safety, care, and compassion are major priorities. I was so grateful to have a space to speak openly, have longer appointment times to be able to spend more thoughtful appt space getting to know each other, to feel HEARD, seen, and acknowledged as a person (not just a patient). Natalie also offers appointment times later in the day, so it’s minimizing the time I’m taking from myself to be away from work. I believe they are very conscientious about working with many insurance providers as well, so it’s a blessing to find a provider that understands the hardships and hurdles that financial impacts can have on your health and wellness journey. 5/5 stars, 10/10, A+++…providing a number of vital services not only for us here in WA, but those of us across the river from Portland providers as well."
"Natalie Paul is absolutely amazing! I've always tended to have a bit of a contentious relationship with medical providers... So many of the little things doctors do that I think are probably designed to make things more pleasant for allistic people have tended to have the opposite effect on me. For literally the first time in my life (and I'm in my 40's) I've found a provider around whom I feel genuinely at ease! I couldn't possibly recommend her more whole heartedly!"
"Natalie is by far the best care provider I have ever had! She is extremely attentive and listens to everything I have to say/ask. I am a needy person and have terrible impulsivity which leads to lots of last minute stuff and she always gets back to me so damn quick. Natalie is incredibly thorough and honest, which I absolutely adore. I am so glad I stumbled upon her, she has made all of my medical needs so much less stressful. This kind of compassion, candor, and dedication towards patients should be the industry standard!"
