"The ENTs here have little experience or expertise with benine positional vertigo. I have had this in the past and went to Vancouver Clinic where they had the right tools and knowledge to eliminate my vertigo on the one and only visit. This PraceHealth office does not have these tools and only had me do the eply maneuver a couple times in my chair and referred me to a physical therapist. The only reason I went here is because Vancouver Clinic can't get me in until after Christmas. I now have to wait until then to eliminate my vertigo. What a waste of a visit. I feel they should not charge me or my insurance anything as they did nothing."
"I went to see specialist Dr. Jeffery Davis. He is caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Misty gave the best allergy injections! Barely felt them! Good job team!"
"I called to schedule an appt, and they were able to fit me in the next morning. It seems like they do the minimum possible. They truly have their own agenda. I asked for things that I know would work because I had used them before while having the same symptoms. They went with the cheapest and quickest options. Not what I, the patient wants and needs. I had to call back in because the RX's that were prescribed are not ready. Now I'm being told to find comparable products that are over the counter which forces me to pay out of pocket. :/ The receptionist I spoke with was not very helpful. Though Dr. Allensworth did message me back afterwards to try to move my prescriptions to a different pharmacy to be able to get them covered. I appreciated the effort."
"I saw Dr. Allensworth for a long-time struggle with enlarged tonsils that had needed to come out since childhood but other providers struggled getting insurance approval for removal (as now I'm an adult without chronic strep, just very swollen tonsils and limited air passage making for awful sleep). He was able to get insurance approval and finally get them out for me. Surgery was uneventful and recovery has been mild. Surgery scheduler was very kind with all of my questions as well. Dr. Allensworth has a kind and caring bedside way but if your preferred communication method is mychart, I'd suggest calling if it is urgent. He will respond to mychart but in my experience, it is not his go-to like it is for my primary care doc."
"Over all, Great experience. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Dr. Davis was very thorough, gentle, professional and helped set my mind at ease. The nurses where great to..Ill be coming back to this facility if I ever need another ENT. Thanks again..Also I only waited about 10-12min before I was seen."
