Columbia Allergy
About the Business
Columbia Allergy is a healthcare institution located at 2501 Northeast 134th Street in Vancouver, Washington, United States. Specializing in allergies and asthma, our mission is to provide patient-centered and personalized care to help individuals manage their conditions effectively.
Our services include food allergy desensitization through OIT and SLIT, venom testing and desensitization, and COVID vaccine allergy desensitization. We understand the seriousness of asthma, which can lead to breathing difficulties and constricted airways, and we work with our patients to manage these risks and symptoms.
Allergies can also cause skin irritation and rashes, impacting individuals' quality of life. Our team diagnoses and treats each skin condition individually to provide long-term relief. Additionally, allergies and asthma can affect various aspects of health, from the gastrointestinal tract to sinuses, and we offer customized care for all related conditions.
Don't let allergies control your life. Contact Columbia Allergy today to find relief. Our patients have praised our caring and attentive staff, with Monica H. noting the clinic's focus on patients' well-being over profit and David W. appreciating the thorough explanations and efficient service.

"Nice people, clean small clinic. But usually at a professional clinic with doctors you hand your clipboard with your personal health information to a nurse who calls you back. Not at this clinic they won't call you back till you turn in the clipboard. So if you sit there waiting with your clip board they will allow you to wait forever. I don't like the idea of handing my personal med ical history to a secretary when most professionals let the nurses handle personal medical information. For the love of all they is holy put a sign out so people don't waste their time in your clinic waiting room. If I have to be on time for my appointment so should the professionals. Put a damn sign out there that says you must turn in your clip board to get care."
"At first I loved it. Now I want to warn people do not go here. After updating my insurance I was lead to believe there were no other issues. 5 months later I was told my insurance wasn't covering it. Never once did I get a call, message or in person told there were issues. I called left message and wouldn't respond. Until I filed a complaint I still can't get on their website where they send the bills to for payment and had over 500 dollars in it. I've complained 8 months later was told there was technical issues with the site. Took 8 months to respond and yet to answer why they let me keep going and never informed me there were issues Until my bill was over 800 dollars. No idea where my 500 dollars went. No communication or response or help. Yet want me to just pay them.. bad business and hope no one else goes through this. Don't go here .."
"Truly appalled by the terrible service and quality of this clinic. I'm used to being treated with kindness and good communication at clinics and this was the opposite. I was billed an outrageous amount for a 15 minute appointment and a test they said during the appointment "wasn't working" but were happy to charge me for it anyway. It was nearly impossible over 2 weeks to reach Billing and when I did, their responses were short, unhelpful, and rude. The "treatment" they said they gave me was a couple samples. I would compare this office to a scam and I would never recommend their services to friends and family."
"Usually fast but sometimes the receptionists get in the way of the speed. All the RNs and nurses are efficient and skilled at delivering shots. New hours is a good indicator that the clinic listens to and responds to customer feedback. There is elevator access to the floor the clinic is on."
"The staff and doctors are really nice they value patients safety alot. My family are very difficult patients to get along with. I saw the staff and doctors keeping their cool, giving all the options, and pull in more experienced doctors to talk with if they felt uneasy. They were willing to ask the owner of the clinic if the demands the patients asked were negotiable. My family left unsatisfied that they weren't able to perform dangerous options to determine my own allergy by eating a jar of peanut butter, and the price of alternative tests. Week later doctor Allison calls, us finding out even though we left she still asked the owner of the clinic if there was a way to negotiate with our demands. Pros: Staff value patient safety Very friendly. Gives all the options Willing to negotiate Cons: From my knowledge this clinic buys few supplies off other bigger clinics, so their clinic is a little more expensive in few areas. This infos, not absolute. Overall this clinic is pretty good, Alison seems to be one of the more experienced doctors in talking with patients."
