"Came for a walk in COVID booster appointment. Considering I had to travel from OR and have never been in this Clinic before, the process was smooth and timely. Took about 10 mins to get paperwork done, 20 mins to wait for an available nurse, and 15 mins to get a shot in the arm. Administration and Nurse service were great."
"I originally scheduled an appointment in March 2021 and now it is December 2021. Every time my appointment comes up they call me to reschedule. This has happened 6 times. I have talked with the Administrator he scheduled us for this last appointment. This time they decided not to call to reschedule, but were going to allow us to walk into an appointment and tell us that we did not have an appointment. The reason we found this out was because after being turned away so much this year, we called to confirm our appointment ourselves after their automated appointment conformation line had called to remind us of the appointment. I have serous health concerns as does my husband, has to have continued cancer screenings. We feel discriminated."
"Dr Bjorn Jacobsen was great at Seamar Hiddenbrook Medical Clinic. He knew what the problem was and gave me options. Turned out that his 1st recommendation was the best option after all. Don't waste your time, listen to this doctor."
"At the time of my last visit (approx 2 mos ago) I experienced a reassurance that Health Care administered under the ACA (Affordable Care Act) can and does work. Seamar Hiddenbrook Medical should serve as an example for clinics whose machines are not quite as "well oiled" .Each hand in turn knew what the other hand was doing. My Provider seems to be thriving."
"I have never been so upset or disappointed in a clinic in my life. First it had taken me 3 phone calls to finally set up an appointment. I got to my appointment 25 mins early, and no one bothered to help me (3 woman at the check in) until 10 mins after my appointment was already scheduled for. When I had asked, with me filling out all of the new client paperwork, is this going to delay my appointment even more since my appointment should have already started. She informed me I should have been here 30 mins before my appointment. I let her know I was here 25 mins before my appointment and it took them 35 mins for someone to actually help me check in. I had bloodwork done the first day that I met my dr. It has already been a month, and I have yet to find out my results. Two days after I saw my dr. I had gone to have an x-ray done, referred by my Dr. It took me calling them EVERYDAY for 9 days to find out my results were. Then when they did tell me, it was all in technical terms, and I had to take it upon myself to find out what was wrong. They said at that time that a Dr was going to call me the next day, since it was a Nurse who read the results to me. I waited 2 days, and then had to call them to find out why a Dr had not called to have me come back in and talk about my results, and what the game plan was. From what I understood on Google is, I have osteoarthritis in my lower back. They told me that it wasn't up to the Dr to call me, because Dr don't talk to the clients, but a nurse should have called to set up an appointment. She said since I was already on the phone, I could set up an appointment with her. I let her know that I was just going to find another Dr, at another clinic. I shouldn't have to call to get my results, it shouldn't take me 4 calls in a day to actually have someone answer a phone. This clinic is a joke. I would tell everyone and anyone to just stay away from this clinic."
