"Every person I interacted with was friendly, pleasant, and professional. From Anna at the check-in, to Nurse Pearl, to Dr. Norman, literally everyone made my visit as painless as it could've been outside the physical pain I was in. I saw several nurses jump to the aid of another patient when she began to show signs of losing her balance and immediately assisted her. Unprompted, they got the elderly woman a wheelchair and took her aside to reassess the patient before returning to their positions. Even while delivering the news of longer-than-expected wait times, the registration employees were friendly and polite and deescalated a few upset patients while explaining the options available to the patients. My experience today was a pleasant surprise. Well done, guys!"

Everyone from the front desk to the MA that took my vitals, nurse that irrigated my ears and the doctor that took care of me were so sweet and efficient. "Helen was the nurse who helped me. She is Wonderful. I had in June when I fell and filled both knees with gravel. She was kind, gentle, and efficient. Today I had cut my thumb and she cleaned it up and after the Doctor glued it closed she wrapped it nicely and placed a brace on it. She then gave a painless Tetanus shot and Flu shot. Wonderful girl. If I ever have to return to urgent care I hope she is there to help me."
