"My mom has been a patient here for over 10 years. After her last appointment with a Providence floater MD, my mom was finally referred to a pulmonologist due to her breathing problems, and she was also sent to have a swallow test done because she chokes on everything! Also, my mom had a medicare appointment, of which Shawn kept interrupting my 70 year old mom. I am removing her from this clinic. They do not care about their patients. "Highly recommended. My son fell at school playground from some height and was sent home. He had acute chest pain. We went to the urgent care on the 2nd floor. The check in process was smooth and quick. We are seen by Dr. Mark Thompson. It is worth noting that in other urgent care clinics, they typically only have registered nurses seeing the patients rather than a MD. Dr. Thompson is exceedingly professional. He asked questions and examined my son with care. He systematically ruled out all possible injuries that could come with the falling down. Eventually he concluded my son is ok and the pain is due to stretched muscles near the chest. He patiently explained everything to us. We felt so blessed to have come here and seen by Dr. Thompson. I knew this place because I had my annual physical blood test here."

"Lady strait hung up on me. Didnt seem to care about my issue, told me to go visit a website, then click... No good bye, no hope this helps. I only heard of them via a list I was given by urgent care at the hospital that said they would help me. Wish I could rate 0 stars. If you call and or go here dont expect them to care about your issues."

"I went for urgent care yesterday and waited 2 hours. That was excusable but when I went to pick up my prescription that evening, they had phoned it in to the wrong place. Their after hours nurse was very apologetic but not able to remedy this. This morning when I called back, they promised to send it to the right place, but failed to do so a second time. After waiting at the pharmacy for the second time with three kids, I called back and requested a third time that it be sent to Fred Meyer. Excuses were given by the receptionist but she offered no apology. This time, I got smart and called Fred Meyer to double check and the clinic had forgotten to attach a doctors name. The pharmacy was nice enough to call the clinic and get it taken care of, but had I not checked myself, I would have had to wait a third day for medicine that I desperately needed. I have liked this place in the past and was planning to establish care with a doctor there but now will seek care elsewhere."

"They do not have any staff dedicated to the urgent care side. You just sit there however long, until the normal staff has a break in scheduled appointments. Then they will see you. This could be 5 minutes, it could be 2 hours. This is nice information to have when you choose where to go."
