"They gave me option to pay ahead in case insurance didnt cover vaccines, after insurance did cover i was promised a full refund and was charged a processing fee. For my money, dont pay ahead have your insurance run so they dont take your money for no good reason. I feel like they cheated me, should of waited for insurance to be ran.. Very angry!!!!!"

"I have gone to Evergreen Medical Center for about 10 years with Dr. Guo as my main physician. I feel very fortunate as she is a remarkable healer who combines extensive medical skills and knowledge with a sincere and skillful caring. She even has offered knowledgeable information to help me be a wiser medical consumer. She leads a fine complement of associates that complete the Evergreen Clinic. I am not eager to have too many know this secret as I will likely continue to need to get in to see her."

"We have been seeing Dr. Guo off and on since 2004 depending on our insurance coverage. We have always found her clinic to be efficient, effective, friendly and excellent. As a retired RN I find her and her staff to be knowledgeable as well as caring. We have tried the local large clinics for their supposed convenience of onsite labs, x-ray and specialists but they have too large a turnover in the essential primary care doctors who are the first line of excellent medical care. Dr. Guo and her entire medical staff know us on sight, can always get us in for a same day appointment, and know our health histories as well. We'll be staying put from now on."
