"I went to this rip off clinic. The insurance provider said it was a in network provider. For a covid test I could of had done for free at a drug store this rip off place charged me 700 plus dollars for this service then had the nerve to call over and over looking for there money. Don't go to this place, it's a total rip-off. They'll gouge you and every opportunity they get."

"This clinic is unhelpful and incompetent. The worst healthcare system I have ever experienced. I tested positive for Covid-19 on Sunday and have been begging for treatment since my visit on Sunday. Today is Tuesday I’m on day 4 of Covid symptoms within the 5 day window for treatment and the providers at this practice are refusing me treatment… that I have been asking for since Sunday! My physician in Colorado would’ve had me treated the same day. This place is a joke and the providers need to return to medical school and learn empathy for sick patients. They’ll make it a game to refuse you care and believe it will take days to hear anything back from them when you need it most. Don’t waste your time find a different clinic."

"My 2 year old daughter was feeling ill. I called the advice line and the nurse recommended to take her in. Only one person in line. So we get thier 30 minutes before 7:00 as advised. Only to be turned down due to staffing. To go to another location. Then the nurse said unfortunately it's urgent cate and that's how it works. I will not be taking my family to this location any more as they refused my sick child. And to be told that she can't ne seen because they are too full and it was close to closing....."

"Absolutely horrible… went in on Friday I was told the wait time would be around 15 minutes… they had me wait 2 and half hours! for an ankle injury they told me X-ray results will be in that day! It is now 74 hours past that timeframe. I had to call multiple times to get any Kind of update, keep getting the runaround. Was not provided a discharge paper, after summary visit care plan or anything!"

"Bad service for urgent care. They don't care if you're in pain, they just want your money. One of their employees, named Karla (receptionist of urgent care), said, 'If you want something cheaper, you can go ahead and go to another place. Please have nicer people in urgent care people who actually care about your well being."
