"Today I had my annual rheumatologist appointment at the Vancouver Clinic. I have been going there as well as to Salmon Creek for years and I just love them all. Never had better care anywhere else, appointments are kept at the proper times, and no sitting around and waiting for what seems like hours. The nurses and the office staff are friendly and just great. The place is immaculate! Dr. Hwang is fabulous!!!!! I tell everyone that will listen how fantastic this place is."

"I have only been to Vancouver Clinic and that was on advice to see a specialist from an urgent care facility in the area. I was most impressed with the doctor as well as his entire staff and the building and set up which i found unique and interesting. All the employees i have worked with were excellent and a pleasure to work with. The only problem is that now i need to find a PCP and thought it would be great to stay in the Vancouver Clinic system, and was told that there are no patients with straight Medicare and that includes even if you have supplemental Medicare plans that can be seen in Vancouver Clinic and have not been able to be seen in the clinic since 2020. So it is kind of hard to try to simplify ones medical life when you have to find a PCP outside of Vancouver Clinic even though you can see any of the specialists according to their referral program. I perhaps could understand with nothing but basic Medicare, but i have been told i have the best possible arrangement for insurance within the Medicare system for my age. And i know my plan covers better than many of my friends who have Medicare Advantage programs as far as i am concerned, so that makes the issues a bit more complicated as to the best way to receive my medical care in Vancouver."

However, I have visited the Vancouver Clinic twice recently (at this specific location) and have been impressed with the care I have received both times (in 2 very different departments). Met with someone for an echocardiogram and met with a urologist. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The check-in process takes a moment to figure out but the process is relatively streamlined and makes perfect sense once you have been through it."
