"The entire staff and Dr. O'Brien are great. Everyone is super nice, I come every week and it's the same respect and kindness every visit"
"Went to my morning appointment on time. Had to wear a mask (Washington is lame, most states are over this BS already), receptionist greeted me, took my info, I signed a couple things, then sat down in waiting area. Got called to the back 2 min later. I was seen quickly. All staff and Dr. O'Brien were pleasant to deal with, she explained what nose surgery entails, and gave me medicinal options to try first. I was happy with the service and appreciative they got me in and out quickly. Which is rare for most Dr. offices. Thank you Dr. O'Brien for the good service."
"Poor quality for those with no advocate. First of all, they told me I couldn't go in with my sister who doesn't understand things well or remember things. When I explained it's the law, that they HAVE to allow me in with a patient who needs a 2nd pair of ears. They hadn't provided ANY visit summaries to my sister on her previous appointments so she couldn't tell me what they said and did. So...we got me on her HIPA forms to request info and then I had them play catch up in giving me all that info that they didn't provide before. I also asked for a readout of all her next appointments with dates and times along with our current visit summary. They gave us a nice folder with lots of bogus paperwork in it but not one of the pieces of information I had requested before. So I had to go back in to the VERY RUDE receptionist to where she said she would send the info to us. NO. I wasn't falling for that. So I had to hold things up until they did their job and gave me the state mandated info that they should be providing to all patients. But come to find out, if you don't request it, they don't provide. Now those who are confused and don't have representation, don't know to ask because they're never told they have to request. Now I'm from Olympia where our services are top notch. I wasn't used to this deliberate patient abuse...yes, it's considered abuse. So in summary, if you don't have an advocate to help you with your doctors, DON'T COME HERE. Yes, Dr. OBrien is a fine doctor but she's only as good as her support team. Her receptionist right down to the assistant that types her notes fell through badly. The patents deserve better."
"Dr White was great. The lab testing results were reviewed and explained well and the follow up was organized fast and easily. Felt well served and would recommend to family and friends. Very happy with treatment plan and support."
"Should have went to Costco. (Saved $450.00) I went to Longview ENT because my glands on the right side of my neck were hurting severely as well as numbness below my right ear I could not take the pain anymore. The doctor was informed of this and began poking and prodding. she then raced me off to the ear testing. this was completed and all came out as expected for a man at my old age. Out that door I went and was greeted by the doctor in the hall, who informed me of the hearing test and where aids would help and no damage to the ear drum, thanks and off I went...... But wait , , , , what of the pain I went there for. When I got home I called no answer, no answer, no answer. Two days later I talked with someone in that office, that I was just there etc. and was hoping for the rest of the information that was not given, she said she would call me back. The next day I was called and told that I needed to make a second appointment for my pain, "but I was just there", I told her and that all info should on the paper docs. That's not right i did not come in for for a hearing test I had pain. The receptionist I talked with kind of understood what I was saying if you know what I mean (this was a 2-fer), ask if I would like to make another appointment I said no its Portland. This is my first review ever, , I waited for the bill $428. before submitting. Again if I wanted a hearing test Costco or Applied hearing down the road for $5."
