"One of the worst companies to get your insurance through wouldn’t give us glass coverage on our vehicles, didn’t cover 15,000. Worth of water damage caused by moisture in the walls does not cover mold it’s the Pnw shouldn’t that be a standard… always trying to up sell life insurance. Doesn’t care about us only the money they bring in… go next door to Renee at farmers"

"One of the rosy companies I’ve ever dealt with, no customer service. We had an issue in our wall and when it finally came through we called them as soon as we noticed it. Doesn’t matter we should of known what was happening in our walls because apparently all American family employees have cameras and sensors in there walls to alert them to moisture…. Must be nice, customer service sucks we were bounced around to several people to deal with our mess. Our agent was zero help he said his hands are tied I just collect your money… he didn’t even try to fight for us… Kevin is a horrible agent and American family is a scam of a company…."
