"I am a new patient for Dr. Troy. I was happy with my prior dentist however I wanted a dentist who was participating with my Regence insurance where I have dental benefits. So I switched to Dr Troy after researching participating dentists. I am in my sixties and have been to the dentist every 6 months my whole life. I enjoyed my experience starting with the reception staff who was helpful and friendly and patient on the phone. My new patient paperwork was detailed and emailed to me with a portal that was easy to use. My hygienist, Ana, was very thorough and did a great job. I have a bad back in my sixties now and the dental chair was so comfortable. I will tell my chiropractor to send patients here. The office is immaculate and best of all, Dr Troy is calm, kind, very good at his job and I am happy he is my dentist."
