"If I could give less that one star, I would. I have sat on hold for over three hours. After one hour the system hangs up on you and then you have to call back. I get it, medical facilities are understaffed but the name implies URGENT care. Perhaps you staff to meet the needs of the very name you provide services for. I need to know where my antibiotics were sent since this is not something you write in mychart... wow."
"Waited for 1 hr and 35 mins. Decided to leave. I arrived at 9:10 AM. If you want to be seen and not to have wait that long, come in as soon as they open. If not, just go to the ED. You’ll wait regardless but at least they run a bunch of diagnostic tests that Urgent care may not be equipped. If you don’t want to go to the ED, just anticipate you’ll be waiting 2 hrs or more. I do miss the times where they let you know how many providers are on duty for urgent care. That would be really helpful. And maybe a monitor in the lobby that tells your patients how long the wait is. I’m sure they’re short staff (like everywhere else). It would be respectful if you let people know how long the wait is. From triage to consultation. Transparency is always nice and builds trusts amongst your patients."
"I get very nervous/embarrassed in dr offices making it a tough time talking about my symptoms. It was my first time going into this urgent care. The staff were amazing, kind and completely nonjudgmental. Paige was the best she was very easy to talk to, I didn’t feel embarrassed once. She listened to all my concerns, she was nothing but kind through the whole experience. Explained everything very well and even made sure I didn’t have any questions. It was probably my first time leaving an urgent care feeling happy and relieved despite how I physically felt, Thank you so much."
"Don’t even waste your time here. Child was brought in after primary doctor was called and has no openings. She had bites from mosquitos that occurred 11 days prior that started to randomly swell into what appeared as cellulitis. I was told he wasn’t sure what it was, assumed it was a delayed reaction. Given no meds such as steroids, absolutely nothing. Everything over the counter didn’t touch it. Today we took a trip to the ER, lo and behold, it’s cellulitis. Folks, don’t waste your time with urgent cares, time and time again, no matter the state and location they’ve proven to be a waste of time, money and lack the proper education/knowledge."
