"Patient here for more than 8 years. Front desk staff have consistently had an attitude. From day one. High optometrist turn over. The optometrists and techs are nice for the most part and this is the only reason I continue to go here. If it was based on front desk experience alone, I would leave. Office manager should do something about this."

"DO NOT GO TO OLYMPIA VISION CLINIC, JOANNA HAWS is pathetic ! She examined my child on 11.1.23, forgot to enter the refraction numbers into the computer. I was given a 2 yr old prescription. I didn’t notice till I was at Costco ordering the lenses, thankfully the lady brought to my attention that it’s the same script from 2 yrs ago ( if not I would have lost 250$ on a wrong pair of glasses) Called the office, Terri was extremely rude and sarcastic to me, mentioned there is “ NO NEW PRESCRIPTION ON COMPUTER”, so couldn’t give me one. After a while got a call from Ashley who scanned a script, most definitely a fabricated one as there were no numbers entered into the computer during exam. Joanna Haws forgot !!!!! Half a day of my time wasted and my insurance is being billed for this bogus visit where they UTTERLY FAILED to provide the required services. I had to get another eye exam for my child next day, paid 90$ out of pocket, sure enough confirmed that the prescription provided by Haws was WRONG and FABRICATED. UNETHICAL, ILLEGAL , breaking the law. Be careful . The only reason I kept up with that clinic for 14 yrs is Trent Cluny who now left the practice . Now clinic is in hands of some ridiculous poorly skilled pretentious optometrists boasting as great “ doctors”, J Haws is a joke !! Avoid her"

"Was a former customer for years and just returned there after getting new insurance. All were wonderful, friendly, kind and the Dr. was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. Glad to be back with them as always had great service from them also in the past for many years."

"I have always had superb service. But I took my son for a routine eye test. The tech immediately started to sell me glasses. I asked for a print out of the results...like one gets after any medical exam. After a bit of a kerfuffle..."aah this computer doesn't print it out" I was given the readings. -0.25 is a miniscule deviation and is not considered a critical reason for glasses. I knew that but that was not forthcoming from the crew at Olympic Vision. I hate been taken advantage of and not offered the full information. The fact that I had to ask for the readings for my son instead of them being offered to me upfront is a bit disappointing."

"Dr Lobe is very knowledgeable and personable. I enjoy the way she cares for my vision and was the first eye doctor to properly identify a major issue that resulted in me almost going blind 20 years ago. I’m forever grateful for her care and expertise. The Optical sales department hosted by Natalie also recently made me feel very good about having to cancel a frames order. She was professional and even called the insurance company to make sure the credit was returned. I felt very good dealing with her. She conducted herself in a pleasing and professional manner and made me feel safe to make any financial decisions I needed regarding my eye care options. Thank you to Dr Lobe, Natalie and their team. Highly satisfied and impressed."
