"On Friday 2/23 I visited the Tacoma concentra location as a walk in for a standard physical and was denied saying they didn’t do those as walk-ins - even though it says clearly that they do. I presented my paperwork for the physical I needed and they said they couldn’t help me. They told me to call concentra in Lacey, so I called the Lacey location and they made me an appointment for Tuesday 2/27 at 11:30 am. I work 6 days a week and cannot take time off whenever I want, so having an appointment I could count on was super important for me and my schedule. I arrived for my appointment at 11:15 and I was greeted with questions about what kind of appointment I had because they didn’t have a record of it and was dismissed to just fill out my paperwork and wait. To be clear, this was for a standard physical for a work capacity test. There is no specialized requirements other than hearing, vision and basic physical assessment. I was not seen until after 1pm and was told they were “running behind” all day but it was obvious that there is no priority for appointments that probably never existed. I had printed the documents and forms that needed to be filled out, and presented them at time of arrival. I was finally called back and had my vision test done, but it wasn’t completed properly. The tech left out several tests of the vision exam and directed me to wait for the physician to come in to finish. I have never had an occupational physical done before and I am unfamiliar with the forms, and as a patient it should not be my responsibility to make sure the people filling these forms are doing their jobs correctly. The hearing test was completely skipped and I had to come back to the facility and ask for them to do the hearing test and upon going back realized the vision pages were incomplete. I asked the front reception to look at the blank page and they said it was left blank unless noted to be filled out. My paperwork was kicked back by my employer twice now since it was not filled out properly. I called and was told that they would put the paper “on the desk of the provider” and they would give it to me when he completes it. I am flying out shortly and needed this done days ago. It’s absolutely ridiculous the level of unprofessionalism and straight neglect of details on all parts of this office. We are all busy and hectic, that is just how the world is right now, and to be so dismissed for something that is nowhere near any fault of my own has been incredibly frustrating. This has affected my current job as I’ve had to take time off work because they “ran behind” several hours for an appointment and now I have to take further time off work to get another physical done at a different facility since this one cannot complete it correctly over multiple attempts and it’s not affecting my future employment because I am missing important deadlines for approval. After finally receiving the corrected documents, there was no recorded information for my physical by any of the 3 people who helped me - blood pressure, pulse, heart rate / nothing was filled out and submitted properly and I’ve been asked a third time to have these corrected and now I have completely missed the deadline for submission due to the neglect of this office."

"i went in for a drug screen for new employment. Everyone one i encountered there was so very nice and helpful. there waiting room was completely full people all the way out the door and yet the staff was so patient and polite. thank you very much!"

"Went for an employment drug screen, it was super busy in there. They didn't allow us to wait in a separate room from all of the sick people until we had all been waiting for 30+ minutes, then they directed us to a separate part of the waiting area. Whole thing took almost 2 hours, the staff was super nice so I'm not upset at them at all, but I am now really sick and wondering if it was because I was around so many sick people that day (none of them were wearing masks).."

"Drug screening service needs much approved. Curly black hair lady forgot to register me and didn't apologize for it. We sat there in waiting room forever.….and you go to another room and wait again. No one there for another hr. Everyone visibly upset. No explanation no concern no apologize. Horrible experience"
