"If I could give zero stars I would. Worst doctor let alone “specialist” I have ever seen. I waited over 45 minutes in the room to be seen and when he did finally see me, he spent less than 14 minutes in the room. Blamed all my test results and symptoms on me being a woman and being overly dramatic. Suggested I simply “get over it”. When I asked why I was still so fatigued his response was to shrug and say “who knows” then told me not to bother them again unless I had real symptoms. When I reminded him that I had lost 25 pounds in 6 months without trying, he told me to force myself to eat and then I’ll be fine. Treatment plan was to take iron for the next 40-50 years. Rudest bedside manner ever, treated me as though I was a burden"

"Went in today for what I was hoping for was a scan for a mass on my neck that has been giving me trouble for years now. Oncologists keep telling me statistically I am in the clear. My entire life has been a statistical anomaly. I wouldn't even be alive to type this out if I was a normal statistic. From surviving my birth as a premature with many complications to the cancer I survived for 4 years without treatment, my whole being has been a statistical flop. So when I hear that statically I am in the clear, its not exactly what I want to hear. Heard that before and they were wrong, horribly wrong, stage 4 and about to die wrong. I was told that in 2012 when I was first diagnosed in the first place. There is no way I can have cancer based on the stats. Turns out I did have it. The doctor Mr. Byrd was extremely polite and spent more than the average time period explaining said stats, so there's that. He didn't treat me like cattle while saying the same thing others have said in a different way. Even cited studies wrong like they did too. My form of Cancer ALCL- has a higher recurrence rate than zero. Both ALCL and secondary cancers are possible, to suggest its zero is absurd. Some forms of ALCL have a propensity to relapse with a 5-year failure-free survival of 55%. As far as I remember I was alk Neg ALCL so: Regarding treatment, ALK(-) ALCL is generally responsive to doxorubicin-containing chemotherapy (CHOP regimen), but relapses are frequent. "Frequent"> Zero."

"This is so sad to have to post this review. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 1/2 years ago, and Dr. Osborn treated me with tremendous respect and care. Then, last week, I started having increasing pain inside my breast, for days, where I had a mastectomy, which makes no sense. After several calls last Thursday, someone answered the phone and sent me to the Chehalis office and said they'd schedule me and call me back. Over the next 5 days I have called two numbers 5 times and left five messages. No one has called - even with my current condition. There are no humans answering the phone. Dr. Osborn has retired and the business was sold. What do I do know? If they won't even return a phone call, how will I get my medical records to another doctor? What if something is happening to me right now? If your life and health is important, it is my opinion that you not go here. This is not Dr. Osborn's clinic."
