"Tried to switch to this clinic they said ok. Then when my insurance changed to their clinic I tried to make apt they said no they would not except me. So had to change back . They are rude. Extremely rude. Glad they didn't except me."

"Absolutely ridiculous office. Can’t even get blood work results for a few weeks because they won’t release them to you unless you have an appointment with your doctor. And the earliest phone call appointment is 2 weeks out after waiting a week on the results to come back. I guess you guys are desperate to make your money some how even at the cost of a patient’s health. I have things going on with my body and NEED to know these results. Can’t even get them. Will be changing PCP. Update: over a year later I’m getting a call stating I have an outstanding balance, for tests that I never had done. When I asked for itemization and reason for the bill, I was met with extreme attitude. Then when questioning their billing practice, I was then hung up on. Real professional. If you value both your health and finances, avoid this shady practice at all cost."

"They don’t accept Medicare supplement with Aetna. I’ve lived in several states and I’ve never encountered being turned down by a Medical Facility, Calif Nevada, Idaho, Washington (except this place) Texas Sugg sting I should get a Medicare advantage plan would be buying inferior insurance plan."

"I happened to stop by there last week to deliver a specimen 4 an individual. I thought I'd take a few pictures &get a feel of the place. A dear friend of mine that passed May 2017, used to visit this Clinic. She never had any serious negative feedback but that she had a tough time relaying messages to her doctor and a bunch of mix ups with her meds. I always get the person's name that I am engaging in a conversation with plus dropping off or picking up anything from, for future reference should the need arise. I spoke to a young blond female by the name of Brianna and she was not at all cheerful. I'm not sure if that is a correct spelling of her name, but she was at the front receptionist area behind the glass. She was quite young and had a nose piercing. For working with elders, she really needs to be cheerful, happy and smile. I observed as the older and wiser women were in action in the background but the young female was in the front end did not leave a good impression with me. Good luck to whoever wishes to be a patient at such Clinic because the front desk is your first impression!"
