"My eyes are so much healthier now than 8 months ago! I see a lot better too. I opted to go to Montesano, but it's good to know I can schedule in Elma if it's more convenient. State of the art diagnostic equipment (I actually don't know the name of the machines that were used but there was one id never seen before) my eye health is in good hands now! You'll have a great team taking care of your vision and eye care at Montesano Vision Center!"

"We have been customers of Montesano Vision Center for 15 years now - both under previous ownership and also under Geoff Wills, OD. We have always been very pleased with the great level of service and the personal and intimate delivery of service. Highly recommended."
"If I could write a zero or a negative zero I would. If you have state glasses or need state glasses watch out. They are very hateful to you. They treated my mother horribly, messed her glasses up then lied. I helped her choose out a light pink pair of glasses which looked really good on her. I came to pick them up and they were purple (orchid). Not to mention the glass was so thick and the line on the bifocal's were in her sightline. The nurse was very kind and helpful to another patient because she was buying expensive glasses. She never once came over to me or my mother while we were getting ours. She lied straight to my mother's face about the pink, she had even said they were nice on her when she came to collect them but then she stood there and argued with my mother that they were not pink after the mess up. She then started to say that the state was at fault, never had that happen before. another gentleman ALSO had issues with his bifocals, should have taken that as a warning sign. THEN the Dr himself had the nerve to start yelling at my mother and arguing with her saying my MOTHER was the one being hateful to his staff and he admitted that they made no money off of state glasses so his nurse probably had been acting like that. what kind of dr admits that. THEN he had said my mother's eyes were getting better at her check-up and then afterwards he said they were slightly worse. Apparently he doesn't know what he's doing either!! My mother and myself work for the state, we pay into the state and she didn't deserve to be treated like garbage from these people. They humiliated her and acted like she was nothing. THEN they were all nicey nice and so was the dr because I had an apt later that day for contacts. Oh I mean of course they were I would be paying in full. Hell no! I am going to another more competent dr one that knows what they are doing, doesn't lie, scream and argue with their customers and treats them badly. I might have to wait 2 months but the eye dr in Centralia is very compassionate and he has NEVER screwed up any of our glasses. BEWARE! If you pay out of pocket no problem they will treat you so nicely otherwise you are garbage to them."
