"$700 for Normal Blood Work. I could not believe it when I saw the invoice for almost $700 for literally normal blood work. Lipid Panel, etc. This normally for me is zero out of pocket. I will NEVER again chose to have any testing done at the hospital. Total rip off! And thank you for responding Chris! Your Montesano facility is awesome! The blood work was the shocker! I will call the billing dept for sure. Again thank you for looking into this."

"Went to be transferred from my current doctor I’ve had a plethora of issues with to Kirby— waited a MONTH to not hear back from anyone, just to find out I was rejected by Kirby for no other reason than “I think she needs a female doctor”. Glad I don’t have to be treated by a sexist. Go to hell. I’ve been going to male doctors my whole life, and I’ve needed a new one for over a month— but please make things even harder for me for no real reason."

"I have recently been a new patient to this clinic for about two weeks or so and I had the best experience with the whole staff. I was a bit late for my appointment but they were nice enough to check if I could be seen or not or could do some adjustments which they happily did. The front staff was very nice checking in and helped me walk through all the paperwork. I saw Dr Mia and she was so great and listened to me about my concerns. I would definitely recommend if anyone needing new patient setup come here, its better than any other clinics."

"This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. I was 20 minutes late to my check in time, but 10 early for the actual appointment time because I had the incorrect address and the receptionist acted like I had committed a crime. No greeting, no welcome, just kept harping that I was late for my check in, even after I apologized. She told me she would have to see if the doctor could even see me today. To be treated that way is ridiculous, especially as a new patient. I've had the appointment for months and had to drive over 20 miles to get there. And I had apologized right away! And I was still early for my appointment! And I already had all the paperwork filled out ahead of time! What a terrible first impression. I didn't think it could get worse, but then I saw Dr. Lynda Stafford. How she treated me was unspeakable. She started off by insulting my family, saying I should pick better parents because my family's medical history is atrocious. Excuse me?! Then she had the audacity to pummel me to death about being overweight. Going on and on about how it's terrible for my health, I'll get diabetes, it's terrible for my liver, how fat my fingers are, she even dared me to pull my wedding ring off! Are you kidding me? The best part, all I was in for was an injury to my right hand! Nothing she was saying or doing had any relevance to my issue. Then when she asked if I've been trying to lose any weight, I told her I recently lost 10 lbs and she literally raised her eyebrows and said, "That's it?" To think that they would subject anyone else to this kind of treatment is unthinkable. Words cannot describe how she made me feel. Insulted, embarrassed, ashamed. If you want a doctor that makes you feel the same, look no further. NEVER AGAIN! P.s.
