"I had a referral faxed to them from my clinic here in Taholah which was acknowledged when I first called Harbor Ortho to verify it went through. I was told they would be calling asap to schedule an appointment. Three weeks went by so I decided to call back and check what was going on and was told they haven’t received a referral for me which contradicts what was told to me initially and what RSHC verified for me. So without trying to go back and forth with anyone, Olympia ortho will be the alternative."
"If I could rate this “doctor” zero stars I would. He could not figure out what was wrong with my leg and talked to me like I was an annoyance. He didn’t even refer me to someone who might know what’s going on, instead he gave a wild guess as to what could help. I would not go back there."
"On November 4, 2019 Dr. Gregory May performed a left knee replacement. Something happened on that operating table. While at the hospital I kept blacking out. After seeing Dr. May three times and complaining about what I was feeling, he just kept dismissing it. On the fourth day a traveling P.A. suggested that I get a SCAN. It was determined that I had two large blood clots in my lungs. I was subsequently taken to the rehabilitation center across the street where I stayed for 24 days. While there I had an appointment with Dr. May for a follow up. One of the employees there said they were so glad to see me, and it was rumored that they almost lost me while on the operating table. While with the P.A. I inquired about what was told to me in the lobby . She didn't confirm or deny. Dr. May when asked said it was rough going. I keep getting a bill for about $400.00 from them. Let me tell you my knee set up infection and he cut it 3/4 of an inch longer than it was, now I have constant hip issues and have spent $1500.00 for lifts for my right shoes. You can eat that $400.00 for all I care.. Stop sending me a bill and write it off, or I will be compelled to hire one of three Attorneys wanting to take this case on contingency before the statute of limitations run out."
"This place is a joke. If the 30 minutes PLUS wait time past your appointment doesn't drive you away (every time over the course of 4 appts in 2 months 1 week), the rude receptionist who has no common sense or interpersonal skills AT ALL...altho the nurses who are so clueless might. If you make it to Dr May, the ONLY positive part of the experience. How it stays operating is a complete mystery. If you get a referral to here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! ❌❌"
