"Went for three months for back. They cared and helped me get back on trac."
"yet two other people with exactly zero details just LOVED this place. I am a person with disabilities and have been treated this way at most places. Thanks for being brave"
"I wish giving no stars was an option. This physical therapy office was a horrible place to be injured and seek help. Not only were my needs not met, I’ve experienced a decline in function. The very first time i presented for an appointment, I was scheduled with the exact therapist I asked not to see. Specifically, I had waited a week to schedule just so I wouldn’t have to see this therapist. I showed up and they had lost my paperwork I had emailed them. I have a Right Hand injury!!! I am right handed. They handed me a clip board and told me I must complete it all before I could be seen. Give me a break!! And then to find out I was scheduled with a therapist that makes me feel extremely uncomfortable; I was in tears when they brought me back. Literally in a panic. I’ve been dealing with this injury since 4/22/20. It’s September!!! After several sessions with this therapist man handling my injured wrist and making snide comments about “how young” I am to have a hand injury, I complained to my doctor about how horrible my experience with physical therapy has been. My next appointment she told me she had read my doctors note and said that she was not going to see me anymore. Fine! They bounced me over to another male therapist who seemed okay, but the scheduler failed to reschedule all my appointments with him, and lied to me when I asked her if I was in the schedule for next week. The scheduler called me I. The most ditzy way and apologized for the inconvenience... this is my dominant hand!!! This is my care, and they did not seem to care at all. This was the most unprofessional and dishonest therapy office. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy."
