"Totally unprofessional. Has a clear problem with senior citizens. Had me escorted out of Walk in Clinic by security when I demanded to speak to supervisor. I was told she is the Administrator. They lied. She is NOT!! This was all over me needing Prednisone to clear up sinus infection. She refused and instead gave me a prescription of eye drops for PINK EYE."
"Completely unprofessional. Spent the first 1/2 of my appointment livid that another veteran was sent to "her" facility for services. Castigated the VA for not ordering services out of her purview. By the time we got to discussing my health issues it became a moot topic at best. If you are a veteran, you will be best served by another provider. It takes a high level of character and empathy to understand and work with the complexities of veteran's health issues. You will not find that with this provider."
