"The interaction I had with this store was primarily via email. I wish I could’ve tried out chairs in-person, but HM provides a wonderful trial opportunity. "Walked in to try out a few chairs and pick the best one of the bunch as sitting in my old run of the mill chairs was starting to give me back pain. Lindsey was very be helpful in demonstrating how the chairs worked and answering any questions I had as well as giving a general overview of all the chairs, so well worth the effort to go in in person if you're interested in these and want to see what they're all about. We did end up getting a chair later that day online and the process was quick and easy after getting the chair preferences figured out and set up in store. I would recommend scheduling a decent amount of time for yourself to try the different chairs though as some things only become apparent after sitting in them for a while."
