"BUYER BEWARE! You will regret it, please save yourself the unnecessary migraine and do not purchase anything from this phony furniture company. It’s been 15 months since I paid $1500 for my leather chair which still hasn’t been delivered. I have heard every excuse from the staff, wrong chair was made, trying to sale you a different product, and the worse trying to give you an low quality defective item. They refuse to refund my money and now state that they will have to deduct the shipping charge when shipping was quoted as free. Then now that I requested my money back they stopped answering and refuse to return my money. Poor customer service and no communication. Worse online sales company"

"We ordered a coffee table online and it was advertised as part of their quick ship stock that would be delivered in approximately 4 weeks. After paying our order was confirmed but no communication has come from them and it’s been 6 weeks. After 2 weeks I emailed to check status and received an auto reply that they would get back to me. No reply came. After 2 more weeks I emailed them again. Got their auto email reply but nothing further. I’ve tried to call but they don’t answer the phone. I’m about ready to call my credit card company to cancel payment as I have no belief that our table is coming. We feel robbed! UPDATE- The day after the above review was posted we received an email about our order and delivery. We did receive our table yesterday and it appears to be in fine condition. There was one tiny divit in the travertine table top but as this is a stone top I realize that stone is imperfect. The table is as pictured on the website and we are pleased with our purchase. Savvy would benefit greatly by improving their communication with customers as most of the competition is very, very good at that (aka Wayfair, etc) - Beth in Colorado"

"I purchased a Natuzzi leather couch and loveseat. After waiting more than 12 weeks for delivery they arrived. The loveseat was defective. They listened to my complaint and then stopped replying. Not until after I hired an attorney was my complaint addressed. Another 12 weeks later and another very poorly made love seat arrived. I gave up and got rid of both pieces. They will not stand behind the products they sell. Buyer Beware!!!"

"I had a great experience. I got the Boulder Full Sleeper in Chesterfield Merlot. They had the queen in-stock, but I opted to wait since I really couldn't make that size fit, and I think my choice will still sleep 2 fine. I was pleased with each aspect of Savvy. Their website was really easy to use and informative, which is probably why I bought. But also, they told me it would be 4-6 weeks...and it came in about 3.5. Way to go! Most importantly, I really love my new leather furniture."
