"chicken was super dry. went an hour before closing time and everything they had left was being kept in a warmer so it wasn't hot. sauce was good but theres too much rice. the guy working was friendly. probably won't be back though."

"Went here on a whim when no other place was open for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised! The chicken was cooked well and had good flavor, rice cooked right too. I had shumai and gyoza too, both of which were properly cooked and had good flavor. The price of the shumai and gyoza we're excellent compared to other places. Will likely go again given the time."

"Wanted to support a local small business so my colleague and I thought we would try West Coast Bento. I must say I was disappointed in the food and customer service. My Chicken and Beef skewers were dry, hard, and had no flavor. When I called to inform the man at the counter I wanted my money back and will not try anything else he told me I can write a review about it and that I have to eat it. I will not be recommending this business to any of my family, friends, or clients."
