"We've purchase three pieces from here over the last couple of years. Always impressed with the quality of the wood and carpentry as well as the customer service. They have very reasonable prices and we plan on hanging onto everything long term because the real wood brings a depth to our space vs that empty feeling from Ikea furniture. The staff is always very responsive to questions and we never felt pressured to buy. Excellent experience."
"Had a great buying experience here. I felt the prices were reasonable, comparatively. Staff/owners were super friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't had the piece I bought long enough to genuinely comment on that part, but the quality does seem solid. I would absolutely recommend checking out Natural Furniture while you're making the rounds looking at designs elsewhere with price tags easily twice as much. Thanks again!"
"4.5 stars. Great furniture at a great price. The new owners will be re opening soon in a new location. Should be exciting to see the new store and merchandise."
"I bought the stools from Natural Furniture there and I noticed the price is very expensive but the stand or the base of the stools is not strong enough to hold in one place. It keep wobbling and the leg/base of the stills is to skinny and it made me fall down whey I tried to sit on it. It’s tipped me over and I fall down. I think they need to come up with another ideas how to make the leg/ bottom stronger so people don’t get hurt like I did. It’s very wobbly and weak for any type of people to try to sit on it. Trust me. You don’t want to end it up like me. I think they need to reduce the price if it unsafe for people to sit on it. The stools was made out of leather which I like but the base/leg is not strong enough to hold people. It’s differently unsafe for sure and I will guarantee you that you will feel regret if you buy the stools there."
"I bought a dresser from here a couple years back. It’s held up well, the gliders are smooth, but the stain work is an absolute mess. There are finger prints all over the inside, and under the lip where the staples/nails went in aren’t very clean. Though you don’t see these parts normally it’s still really disappointing how little care taken. Edit- I had selected it pre-stain, based on response, just wouldn’t do that again."
