"My second visit. First time, the phlebotomist left a huge hematoma in my arm. The second they left us sitting there for over 30 minutes while they yakked with each other, completely ignoring the customers they came to work to take care of. Apparently my time is not important to them."

"Worst people working up front. Rude and disrespectful. Complaining about patients right in front of us. Doesn't say a word to my wife and I as we stand there for 4 minutes and then another patient comes in and is immediately greeted. If I could give this a negative score I would."

"It's amazing how one instance of my words being cut off and being dismissed as if nothing I could say could possibly matter taints my view of a place. Actually this was twice, same exact lady, but I let the first time go. I used to give this place four stars. I'm knocking one off for rudeness and the other for the atrocious layout of this hospital campus. I'll try one of the other labs next time, even if I have to take time off work to accommodate their hours. It's not like my business matters to them anyway, since they're in a hospital with plenty to do."

"My wife and I went there Saturday morning around 10am and both of us where back in the car by 1045am. 6 people where in line before us and moved very quickly. The young lady that took our blood was VERY good at her job. She said you'll feel a small sting and she wasn't kidding. I'm 58 years old and have had my blood drawn alot and this young lady is the best I've ever had. Wish I could remember her name because I would love to mention her by name. Keep up the great work"
