"The food is good although I feel like everytime we go (every now and then because of the prices) the price of the pupusas keep going up ($5 each this time). And the customer service was awful from the person who answered the phone to take my order. She said they were busy and had other people to serve when I was trying to clarify she took the order correctly as I was ordering for 7 people. They are getting too comfortable and Service has drastically slipped since they first opened as we are customers since day one. Very disappointing. And they give little sauce considering how many pupusas we always order I always have to purchase more to have enough for all 7 plates."

"This was a referral from a friend. A place I had probably passed a hundred times. I'm so happy I tried it. I highly recommend eating here or getting it to go. The food is awesome! Best pupusa I've had in Portland."

"The price goes up. I cannot find good pupusa in WA. I had to come to chepes when I visited Portland. Pupusa is bigger. I just ate one. It was good and tasted the same. Parking can be a challenge. There was beach volleyball next to patio."

"Absolutely delicious Salvadorian food! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We ordered too much food! Plantains and beans, tacos, papayas, a pickled slaw. Fun ambiance!"
