Bought a lighter from him and said he would personally fix it for free if it ever had an issue and that's a seriously sweet thing for him to offer. I also just bought 3 cigars there and smoke one right after my purchase today and it clearly was not properly Humidified (burned really hot, dry, taste was bad, Ash was weak) Like I said, I REALLY like the service here but the cost is too high"
